Transit times

A parcel to a metropolitan area within the EU is normally delivered the next working day. To countries outside the EU, the transit time for a document is normally 2-3 working days. Generic transit time per country can be found here
Transit times are indicative. Your final transit time may differ based on the actual pick up time, service requested, characteristics of the shipment tendered, and/or regulatory clearance requirements. DHL Express has no liability or responsibility for differences between the indicative and the actual transit time

Parcels outside EU

Parcels outside EU may take an extra day. If the local customs in the destination country decide to inspect or investigate the parcel and the contents closer, it can cause additional extra days that DHL Express does not have control over.

Estimated delivery date

Our time table gives a general delivery time of your parcel but additional days may apply depending on destination country, content, value and when you hand in your parcel. Please note the latest time for handing in your parcel to the DHL Service Point or DHL Locker. Our normal transit times are calculated once DHL Express has collected your parcel from the DHL Service Point or DHL Locker. When you generate waybill you will receive an estimated delivery date which is based on that you hand in your parcel same day before drop-off time. Again please note that the estimated delivery date is only an estimation.

Drop-off time

DHL lockers are opened 24/7, but DHL Express collects parcels from DHL locker during normal working hours (please note that every DHL locker has different cut-off time, depending on the location) .
